Silent Auction how to bid and T’s & C’s

Select any items you would like to bid on either on tablets, mobile phone or brochure bidding platforms – you can bid on as many items as you wish (be aware, you may be successful with them all)
• Write the amount you wish to bid in the ‘Your Bid’ box or enter in the amount on your electronic device.
• When you have placed all your bids, please write or key in your details clearly where stated.
• All successful bidders will be notified at the end of the event prior to payment being taken from your card. You can pay by cash or all major credit & debit cards. If you wish to be invoiced, prizes will not be delivered until your invoice has been settled.
• Vouchers are valid for a year from date of receipt unless otherwise stated.
• For items marked “DONATED” the full value less transaction and delivery charges are reimbursed to the charity. Other items are on consignment from a service provider and have a purchase cost that has been negotiated with the charity. Only the surplus generated from these items are reimbursed to the charity less any transaction or delivery charges.
Please Note:
• Unless expressly stated flights or additional transport are not included on any lots.
• Some images in this brochure are for illustration purposes only.
• You acknowledge that once you have been informed you are a successful bidder; you are obliged to pay for the item(s) after the event. Payment will be processed at the end of the event with a voucher or delivery of physical item(s) to follow.
• All items offered shall be subject to availability, The charity or the charity’ chosen provider reserves the right to withdraw any auction lot and we shall not be liable for any claims, expenses, costs and/or any losses (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, indirect, pure economic and consequential losses or otherwise) or any damage (save for death or personal injury arising from negligence) suffered by any Bidder.
• In the event of force majeure or some other unforeseen cancellation (including the insolvency of any third-party provider of any booking, experience or prize) to a booked experience, you will receive a refund of the total minimum bid value for the specified Lot.
